By accessing this website or placing an order with Posable Mannequins, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through this website. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Posable Mannequins reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, inventory issues, supplier availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. Posable Mannequins reserves the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued.

Prices shown do not include shipping charges, taxes, duties, or customs fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or released for shipment. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Lead Times & Availability

All shipping timelines, availability estimates, and production lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, freight carriers, labor shortages, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal of delivery, or damages.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

All shipments are FOB origin unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported to Posable Mannequins within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. Posable Mannequins is not responsible for carrier delays once shipments have been released to the carrier.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refusals

Returns require prior written authorization from Posable Mannequins before items are returned.

Custom, painted, modified, or made-to-order products are final sale and non-returnable.

Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may be returned at the buyer’s expense. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Custom & Modified Products

Custom finishes, paint colors, poses, and product modifications may vary slightly from images shown online. Minor differences in color, texture, finish, or detailing are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posable Mannequins disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Posable Mannequins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, installation costs, missed deadlines, shipping delays, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Posable Mannequins directly to attempt resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, communication history, and these Terms & Conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, product descriptions, logos, images, and branding, is the property of Posable Mannequins or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse this website, submit false information, engage in unlawful activity, interfere with site operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Posable Mannequins reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from use of this website or purchase of products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

14. Changes to Terms

Posable Mannequins reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
