SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are FOB origin unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier.
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Concealed damage or missing parts must be reported to Posable Mannequins within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Estimated shipping and delivery timeframes are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Posable Mannequins is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, manufacturers, supplier availability, labor shortages, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal of delivery, chargebacks, or claims for damages.
RETURN POLICY
Returns require prior written authorization from Posable Mannequins. Please contact us before returning any items.
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and products must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging when applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by Posable Mannequins.
Custom, painted, modified, or made-to-order products are final sale and non-returnable.
Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may be returned at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
